GSV92

Morrow made her Toronto debut on Tuesday in the Bay, and the first round pick from a year ago went for 16 FPs in 16 minutes on 8 and 5. We know she was a DD machine in Connecticut, but we actually see her production taking a hit in Toronto. It's not to say she can't pop on any given night, but with the deep 9-player rotation in Toronto, it's possible an average of sub20 is possible during the fantasy playoffs. We are rec'ing a drop in formats and streams for 8s and 10s.

WNBAnow James·Aug 5, 12:28 AM ET
TORMaria CondeSTREAM· 6-tm

Conde back up over 30 FPs on Tuesday night when she went for 17 points, 6 boards and 4 assists in 30 minutes. We remain bullish on Conde, but with Sabally, Rice and now Morrow, we're not sold on holding her throughout your playoff run. You'll need to be churning and burning, and we think Conde, as good as she has been this year, should be a solid stream candidate.

WNBAnow James·Aug 5, 12:22 AM ET
TORNyara Sabally+ADD· 6-tm

Sabally showed out, again, against the Valks. She followed up her 31 FP game from the weekend with a 39 FP game Tuesday night. We are high on Sabally headed into the playoffs, and think she is an add headed into your first matchup.

WNBAnow James·Aug 5, 12:19 AM ET

We are watching Thornton headed into the playoffs and will have a better feel when we see her minutes consistently over the 27 mark. For now, she can be a steam for 10s, but we're not sold in a strict streaming regiment come week 1 of the postseason.

WNBAnow James·Aug 5, 12:16 AM ET
GSVTiffany HayesWATCH· 10-tm

Back to back games versus Toronto and back to back 28+FP games. If GSV had the Tempo every night, we'd say Tip is must stream. For now, we still need more, particularly with the deep roster of Golden State.

WNBAnow James·Aug 5, 12:13 AM ET

VB with a 30 FP night on the at home was enough to rack up a very balanced stat line of 12/8/7, a win versus Toronto and the SOTG.

I think it's now prudent to drop Diggins. If you're securely in the playoffs and she's been of little consequence, I suppose you can hold out until your first round matchup. Otherwise she should be a drop over all formats. There are better IR stashes on the market that are more likely to come back at this point. I won't be surprised if we don't see Diggins again this season and I'll be even less surprised when we see her dealt in the OS.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:50 PM ET

Stevens missed her second game due to personal reasons, Monday night. We certainly hope everything is okay, first and foremost, but she is now on our watchlist, just in case there is an off-court issue that requires more of her attention.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:48 PM ET
CHINatasha CloudSTREAM· 6-tm

Cloud had 28 FPs on Monday and is another very solid streaming option, if only for the minutes she will log. She's getting right around 30 every time out, and that's exactly what you want to see when you're trying to pick up points on the wire on way to a fantasy title.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:46 PM ET

Taylor went down midway through the 3rd and did not return, Monday night. She was well on her way to another 20-point game before the injury, but now we wait to see the severity.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:44 PM ET
CHICourtney VanderslootSTREAM· 6-tm

It was a turn-back-the-clock night in Skytown for the crafty vet, as Sloot dazzled with a season-best 39 FPs from a DD of 16/10. Her averages have actually been quite impressive, and much like DB in Phoenix, Sloot is making us look silly. Stream 6 is more than adequate.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:42 PM ET

I've been late to the party with Bonner because of her efficiency and age , but, like AT and Kah, DB will also benefit greatly from the addition of Plum. Monday night, Bonner put up 38 FPs in 31 minutes, and she has beyond impressive, before KP got to town. It might be too late for 8s and 10s, but if she's available in 6s, we think an add is more than legit. DB showing why you can't count out a HOFer.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:40 PM ET

Copper owners can expect a more efficient KC for the rest of the season, as the addition of Plum will make defense a nightmare against the Mercury down the stretch. Kah put up 31 in a win in her old stomping grounds and was second only to AT in FP production.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:36 PM ET

Plum made her debut for Phoenix on Monday and it was a show-stopper. She was on a minutes restriction and only logged 21 minutes, but it was more than enough time to pour in 20 points and 28 FPs on debut.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:34 PM ET

A triple-double for AT on Plum's debut, and more importantly a win. If you have AT, I think you're going to be very happy (not that you weren't already) with her production for the playoffs because Plum is going to put so much pressure on defenses that AT is going to be able to be that much more free running point forward. I won't be surprised to see her assists go from 8 to 10 for the rest of the season.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 11:33 PM ET

Naz went for 15 FPs and can't be considered a hold in any format. While she does have the potential to pop, on any given night, in the playoff run you have to be far more willing to let 18-24 FP scorers go. That's exactly what Naz is and it's time to pick up points over replacement.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:54 PM ET

Under no circumstances should you be holding Loyd on your roster headed into the playoffs. If you are, we will have to assume it's Cancun for you, but if, by some miracle you have had her rostered AND are in the playoffs, she is a must drop. The value of replacement in streaming is far too valuable and you'll need to win the championship.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:51 PM ET
LVANaLyssa SmithSTREAM· 6-tm

26 FPs coming in large part from 18 points. Smith has really lived up to her draft pick since moving to Vegas and we continue to like her down the stretch as a priority stream in 6s.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:50 PM ET

JY went for a triple double in the ATL on Monday night, dropping 28 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists in a virtuoso performance. An easy SOTG for Young, and a blowout win for the champs on the road.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:48 PM ET

We've been rec'ing streams of Melbourne, and it's still an acceptable play down the stretch, but we're going to become much more shrewd with drops and streams as your playoffs approach.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:45 PM ET

Ezi continues to interest me as the playoffs approach. Only 15 FPs in 21 minutes on Monday night, but I'd have to imagine she is going to start seeing an increased role. We will continue to monitor her minutes, but could be a sneaky stream in a tightly contested playoff battle, particularly if Dom gets a night off.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:44 PM ET

Astier put up 15 FPs in 23 minutes. She's only cracked 20 in one game over the past six so we certainly can't feel confident rec'ing her. It's concerning that she is so widely owned over sync'd 10s (95%) when there are far better streaming options from a night to night basis. If you own her, we rec dropping and revisiting possible streams in particular matchups or when the injury report is available.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:42 PM ET

Sabally is still owned by way to many owners. I understand that you're likely to have her in the IR spot, but she's not even the most valuable Liberty player injured. We rec you drop Sabally, as her rest of season status is completely unknown, but even if she does make a return for your playoffs, she will not see any significant minutes in the process. Drop and reassess her value next season.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:39 PM ET
NYLHan XuWATCH· 10-tm

Han went for 19 FPs on Monday night in just 18 minutes of play. We like her production per minute, it's just too unclear when she'll be utilized. A game against bigs like the Storm, a more fitting scenario. Will monitor her minutes headed into your playoffs.

WNBAnow James·Aug 3, 9:37 PM ET

The Liberty get their 5th win in 6 games thanks in large part to SOTG and first-ballot HOFer Breanna Stewart. She went for a game-high 42 FPs on 24/8/6 and is single-handedly keeping New York in the hunt.

TORNyara SaballySTREAM· 6-tm

Sabally led the way for Toronto on Sunday, going for 19 and 8 and good or a team-high 31 FPs. We like her to be big in this rotation for the rest of the season, so if she stays healthy, feel free to hold in 8s and 10s and have her on the short list for streaming 6s for playoff matchups.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 11:16 PM ET
TORKiki RiceWATCH

Rice is back and up to her minutes load, as well, as she went for 26 FPs in 27 minutes on the road in Golden State on Sunday night. If you IR'd her, you can pull her off. As for now, we'd only rec a streaming option, and even then we want to see how Toronto's rotation shakes out with Morrow being brought into the fold. 10s she's a hold, but watching elsewhere.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 11:15 PM ET

If you had Stokes in the lineup tonight, you were rewarded to the tune of 32 FPs in 32 minutes. Stokes is hard to rely on for a night to night basis because of matchups and rotations, but she's shown when given minutes, she can be a producer within the GSV system. Watching for postseason.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 11:12 PM ET

One of the leading candidates for 6POY put up a SOTG performance at home on Sunday night. Salaun led all scorers with 24 and fantasy production with 35 as the Valks cruise to victory in large part due to the stellar play of Salaun.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 11:10 PM ET

Burke had a nice production game, posting 34 FPs in 30 minutes. Connecticut will be a very interesting team to follow during the playoffs due to shortened rotations and clear front office tanking (not that they need to try and lose). Burke will be a watch for now, but could be a stream come playoffs depending of matchup and minutes.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:16 PM ET

Diamond Miller might end up being one of the sneakier and shrewder playoff pickups as Connecticut is officially packing it in for the season. She put up 35 FPs on 22 points, her high since her rookie season. We will watch and see how the Sun move over the next week, but she might be a very good stream during the first round of the playoffs.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:12 PM ET

Siegrist was another player on trade alert but remains in Dallas after the deadline. She should be a drop among all formats and remains one of our biggest misses from the preseason projections. We are very confident in her offensive ability, but it's clear she does not gel with new HC Jose Fernandez. Maybe she can get a fresh start somewhere else in the offseason.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:10 PM ET

The trade deadline came and went and there were no takers for Smith's pricey $3.7M contract. That means she's a drop and a DNP for your playoff push.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:08 PM ET

There was a rare Odyssey Sims sighting on Sunday evening, when the vet guard saw a lot of action in mop-up duty. The 17 FPs was her highest output since May. No recs, but nice to see her put up numbers.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:06 PM ET

A cool 15/9 and a team-high 28FPs in 23 minutes was enough to give Dallas a comfortable win and book her another SOTG.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 10:05 PM ET
PDXMegan DiLeoSTREAM· 6-tm

DiLeo had a banger on Sunday after a subpar performance, last time out. She put up 34 FPs in a loss but still should remain a hold in 10s and 8s but should be used as a streamer in 6s headed into the playoffs.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 7:43 PM ET

BC has finally started producing like a number one option should. She had an impressive 49 FPs on Sunday and has been cruising for the past month.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 7:21 PM ET
LASCameron BrinkSTREAM· 10-tm

We are slightly downgrading Brink to a stream 10. We wouldn't be holding her for any type of close playoff matchup either, just a bit of future forecasting.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 7:20 PM ET
LASAriel Atkins+ADD· 6-tm

AA put up another very impressive number Sunday, going for 29 FPs in a win in Portland. We've previously been streaming her in 6s but I think we've seen enough over the past 10 days to upgrade to ADD and hold, headed into the playoffs. We will have quick triggers in the postseason with recs, but for right now, Atkins has done enough or us.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 7:19 PM ET

No Plum, no problem for D Hamby on Sunday versus the Fire. The vet forward went into to Portland, put up 23/10/4 and 6 FPs from the defensive end to get the win and the SOTG honors.

INDMakayla TimpsonWATCH· 10-tm

Timpson led the role players for Indy, putting up a 18 FP game in 21 minutes of action. It was a subpar game for the Fever bench, but Timpson made the most of her minutes. She's been catching much meaningful minutes over the last month and we are going to keep and eye on her, and her minutes headed into the playoffs for deep 10 leagues.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 4:00 PM ET

18/8/7 for last year's MVP runner-up and a very impressive 40 FP performance in 31 minutes.

WNBAnow James·Aug 2, 3:58 PM ET

Olivia Miles has looked anything but a rookie and Sunday at home versus the Fever was no exception. Miles put up 23 first half points en route to a 43 FP win at home, out-dueling Caitlin Clark for the SOTG.

Things haven't looked great for Mack since coming back from an extended injury absence. We wouldn't blame anyone in 10s for dropping her to stream after 4 games failing to crack 20 FPs. This may be a drop situation in the near future despite a solid 21.8 season-long average, but we'll give the watch tag for now.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 2, 2:21 AM ET

Bonner is in the Vandersloot category of veteran player we've been bearish on. Similarly, our takes are looking a little cold after she put up a season-high 25 pts and 43 FP. The Slim Reaper still has game and averaging 27 per since 7/1 is very rosterable in any format.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 2, 2:14 AM ET

MJ is still playing her way back from injury and competition for minutes is fierce for a Lib squad trying to figure out what works. The most we can say is watch where this goes. If minutes climb again, streaming remains viable. The past two games have been a disaster for 10-team holders.

That's 44, 45 and now 50 in standard scoring over 3 of the last 4 for Ionescu. Outside of blowouts, she's good for 35 minutes and massive production for the Liberty as they scramble to make the most of a season that hasn't played out the way we expected. Sneaking by the Mercury isn't exactly promising for NY, but her fantasy profile is at a peak right now with a season high and SOTG honors.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 2, 1:45 AM ET

Loyd has had an up and down year as a valuable real world role player in Vegas. But when I look at the type of players being dropped in 6-team leagues as folks hunt wins for the playoff chase, 16 FPs just isn't doing it. Frankly, it's barely justifiable in 10s where she's still 100% rostered. We've stuck by that all year and it's overdue to remind anyone still holding to move on.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 1, 4:42 PM ET
LVANaLyssa SmithSTREAM· 6-tm

We like what Smith is doing lately and it's a promising sight to see her minutes tick above 30 for just the 3rd time. Sticking with the streaming recommendation but holding is reasonable if she can turn extended burn into production like today's 29 FP.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 1, 4:35 PM ET
CHIGabriela JaquezDROP· 10-tm

Jaquez early season promise hit a rookie wall and she bottomed out today with just 4 minutes against the Aces. We probably should have made a drop rec already (still 79% rostered in 10s) and now she's the odd woman out after Carrington's return.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 1, 4:29 PM ET

On the flip side of Taylor, Sloot is making me eat a bit of crow with performances like today. She looked shockingly spry in putting up a well balanced 7/8/5 and nabbing 3 steals plus a block in just 20 minutes. All told told for a season-high 29 FPs. I want to stick with stream with minutes plateaud, but the consistency is worthy of holding in 10-team if you bucked our advice and stuck with her.

WNBAnow Sam·Aug 1, 4:23 PM ET

Taylor earns her 2nd SOTG in the Sky's Saturday upset over Vegas, coming up just shy of season highs with 29 pts and 42 FP. We've been banging the drum all season and I truly cannot fathom why she's still available in over half of 6-team WNBAnow user leagues as a top-35 player since Diggins fell out of the lineup. Please. The French point guard put up 34 FPs in defeat Friday, putting up an impressive 20/12 DD. She's only owned in 73% of synced 6s, so if you have room, we think a 25+ PG for the playoffs could be just what the doctor ordered if your backcourt needs some help.

WNBAnow James·Aug 1, 12:28 AM ET
INDMonique BillingsSTREAM· 10-tm

29 FPs in 29 minutes, this is what the Fever were thinking when they brought the vet big over in free agency. She remains a stream for us in 8s and 10s.

WNBAnow James·Aug 1, 12:24 AM ET

Clark has been on an absolute heater of late, putting up her second consecutive 50+ FP game in a row, Friday night. She ended with a 26/10/10 triple double, her first of the year, and the Fever walked into Portland and got the win. SOTG was a no-brainer here.

WNBAnow James·Aug 1, 12:23 AM ET

Smith made a surprise 2nd half start, likely because they're trying to move the distressed asset. As far as that goes, we don't like their chances (should have been playing her much more, much earlier if they wanted to be able to move a 3.7M contract), but Smith played well in her 18 minutes, putting up 17 FPs from 11 points and 5 boards. We find it hard to believe Fernandez can't find more minutes for last year's Co-DPOY, but, until he does, we can't rec anything.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:22 PM ET

Just 5 FPs in 18 minutes for Amoore on Friday. This is a prime example why we sometimes have watch tags on players for a very long time before we feel comfortable rec'ing them for stream. Amoore had been producing nicely, but a game like Friday puts her further from getting any type of designation for the playoffs.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:19 PM ET

One of my personal favorite players balled out with a season-high 28 points on Friday in a home win versus the Wings. Austin led all scorers and fantasy producers (45) and was a no-doubt pick for SOTG.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:17 PM ET

Ezi made her return after another extended absence. She flashed some serious offense, dropping 12 points in just 14 minutes. Hard to know what the plan is for the Aussie, or if she's healthy, or if she's not being discussed in trades. A wait and see approach.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:14 PM ET
SEAJade MelbourneSTREAM· 10-tm

The young Aussie logged another load of minutes Friday, cashing in 23 FPs from 9 points and 6 dimes. Her MPG have been rock solid over the past 8 games, only logging fewer than 24 minutes once. We think a stream in 8s and 10s is still viable making your playoff push.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:09 PM ET

Jones only logged 17 minutes Friday but still managed 19 FPs. Still very confident in her playoff value, particularly with who may be available for add and holds.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:06 PM ET

Hillmon put up a monster 29 FPs on Friday after not cracking double-digits in fantasy production each of the last two games. While we're more bullish on Jones going forward, with Atlanta's short rotation, Hillmon has the ability to pop on any night. Can't speak for WNBAnow Sam or Chloe, but I can only rec a tepid stream on 10s for the playoffs, and that's if their a stand alone game, or perhaps two games in a night.

WNBAnow James·Jul 31, 10:05 PM ET

AR racked another DD, another impressive performance and another SOTG honor, Friday in a win at home over Seattle. Reese went for 42 FPs on 21 and 13 and probably should be a top 6 draft pick come next season's draft. It was her 4th 40 FP game in her last 6.
